This treatment can be done online or in person, and if online, you can share the session with your partner or friend. You will just need a bowl, Epsom salts and a few drops of essential oil.

During this treatment, I will take you through 5 steps
CONNECT - Let go and connect with your senses mindfully and, you must be in the present moment in a safe space where you can relax and be mindful of what is happening around you.
SHIFT - Movements of the whole body stimulate the release of blocked stagnant energy/prana and help dissolve imbalances.
CLEANSE - A salt foot bath cleanses the energy channels (nadis), which are located on the soles of the feet. Salt foot baths are also effective for stimulating circulation and boosting the immune system. While your feet are soaking you will be shown how to massage some Marma Points. Marma Point Therapy further promotes the flow of prana by clearing stagnant energy that accumulates in Marma points.
NOURISH -By breathing deeply from the belly through the nasal passage, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest), which reduces the heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and restores balance to the body.
DEEPLY RELAX - The Progressive Muscle Relaxation treatment guides you through the process of getting into touch with tension and your body's reaction to it. By activating the Parasympathetic Nervous System there is an increase in opiate production, helping with optimal immune function. Then it is time for guided meditation.
