Meditation Treatment £40 | 60 Mins
This treatment can be conducted either online or in person. If you choose the online option, you can invite your partner or friend to join the session. To participate, you will need a bowl, Epsom salts, and a few drops of essential oil.
Meditation Treatment promotes overall health and well-being. It helps you balance your physical, emotional, and mental states. Benefits of this type of meditation include improved immune function, increased resilience to stress, and reduced cortisol levels. Clients may experience enhanced muscular health and decreased physical discomfort by reducing tension and promoting relaxation.
During this treatment, I will guide you through five steps:
1. **CONNECT** - Let go and connect mindfully with your senses. It’s important to be present in a safe space where you can relax and be aware of your surroundings.
2. **SHIFT** - Whole-body movements stimulate the release of stagnant energy (prana) and help dissolve imbalances.
3. **CLEANSE** - A salt foot bath cleanses the energy channels (nadis) located on the soles of your feet. Salt foot baths effectively stimulate circulation and boost the immune system. While your feet soak, I will show you how to massage some Marma Points. Marma Point Therapy further promotes the flow of prana by clearing stagnant energy at these points.
4. **NOURISH** - By breathing deeply from your belly through your nasal passages, we activate the parasympathetic nervous system (the “rest and digest” system), which reduces heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and restores balance in the body.
5. **DEEPLY RELAX** - The Progressive Muscle Relaxation treatment guides you to recognize and address tension in your body. Activating the parasympathetic nervous system increases opiate production, which supports optimal immune function. Finally, you will engage in guided meditation.
